Pledge in schools ruled unconstitutional: "SAN FRANCISCO -- A federal judge declared Wednesday that the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance in public schools is unconstitutional, a decision that could put the divisive issue on track for another round of Supreme Court arguments."
