Wal-Mart, 87% of its $1.2 million in political pressure money to FUCKING GOPPERS.

Wal-Mart pumps cash to Congress

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. overtook United Parcel Service Inc. as the biggest company donor to Congress last year, with its political action committee giving $1.2 million in donations to 222 members of Congress and candidates, records show. Wal-Mart's PAC, which can give $5,000 to federal candidates per election, gave 14 percent more to congressional candidates last year than it did in 2001 and 2002 combined, according to PoliticalMoneyLine.com, a nonpartisan group that tracks campaign finance.

Wal-Mart's political giving has increased as its business has expanded. The company is the biggest U.S. company by sales and employs more than 1.1 million people. It gave 84 percent of its contributions to Republicans last year.
