John Bates (r) Judge dismisses suit against Cheney
"Federalist Society" judges, nominated by Junior Bush and approved by the Senate, are like those pod creatures from the INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS movie. They are now beginning to hatch and take over the Federal Circuit and Appeals courts.
Egregious example **Number One: John Bates,** cloned as a baby Ken Starr prosecutor during the GOP's Whitewater debacle, has given us a little taste of what to expect in the future. While working for tobacco lawyer Starr on a rampage to lynch our last elected President, Bill Clinton, he successfully argued to an appeals court that Mrs. Clinton should turn over records of discussions with her lawyers.
But now, all hatched out as a spanking new GOPper judge he tosses out Walker v Cheney, the suit to tell America about Cheney's smoke filled, back room shenanigans that spawned his failing energy policies of 2001-02. Those same secretive and crooked deals, with ENRON and other corporate criminals and friends of BUSH-CHENEY, that has the citizens of California struggling with horrible deficits.
THIS IS WHAT CALIFORNIA GOT FROM BUSH-CHENEY. THE STATE SUPPORTED AL GORE OVERWHELMINGLY, AND THEY GOT FUCKED BY BUSH-CHENEY AT THE FIRST OPPORTUNITY THE LITTLE, SMARMY BASTARDS HAD TO GET THEM BACK.
Bush, a stinking mother-fucker? Cheney a stinking mother-fucker running on batteries? You bet.
And like Science Fiction, the same John Bates that argued for complete disclosure from Hillary, has dismissed the thought and the case against Chaney, even though public interest has been damaged by his actions.
Don't anyone fall asleep. Keep your hatchet nearby. Many more pods are waiting. Senate Democrats are trying to catch them before they hatch out. But the right wing nutcase domestic terror groups are lined up waiting to kill/maim anyone who stumbles on to one, buried in a moldy garage, root cellar, junk yard, or shallow grave with a STINKING, MOLDY-SMEGMA-ODOR BUSH GOPPER JUDGE POD just starting to hatch.
There is a reward for killing the pod. You get to keep what's left of American Democracy and open government.
