Something is wrong with you, Mr. Miller--terribly wrong.

Please tell us, Mr. Miller (?-GA), why you are stating that democracy is based on reason but you are playing the 'race' card and the 'woman' card as a purveyor of the disgusting rule change on filibuster, in the Senate.

I guess you didn't see what conservatives think of you, did you? They look on you middle-of-the-road-kill as nothing more than date rape. They use you, screw you, and toss you out.

You are a disgrace to the Senate. You are kowtowing to the executive office, Bush, who is trying to take away the ability of the Senate to use its own rules. Your proposition, as a junior senator, is all the more disgusting because in the 200 years of the existence of the Senate, there have been seven rule changes. Only one of them in the 20th century.

If you don't like the rules of the Senate which have been in place, don't use the buzzwords and jingoism called REFORM. Reform is your special interest in sucking up to the White House. It is cowardly. Reform is a word you 'spinners' use to lie, cheat, and steal, because you are cowards: lily-livered mother fuckers, afraid to use the correct terminology.

You should simply get out of the Democratic party. You are ashamedly republican-lite. If you were a member of the other party, I could have no reason to write this letter. I would simply disagree with your position.

In the eight years of the Clinton Administration it did not take a 'filibuster' against just 2 of the judges Bill Clinton (our last elected president) proposed, to bring a disturbing trend of this white house--setting side against side in a partisan fight. All it took was Orrin Hatch (r-utah). One vote...whispered in the ear of the disgraced former majority leader, stopped the INTRODUCTION, not only the vote, of Clinton nominees. He did that some 35 times. Where were you then, Mr. Miller?

I can think of nothing more disgusting than taking part in a trashing of rules over the petulance of Bush, and Repuglicans. He has had 127 of 129 judges slide through. What gall. What disgusting smugness. Do we have
three branches of the government, or one--the executive, in this case, the president's seat is warmed by a war criminal with a single vote--Clarence Thomas--to put him in the seat.

I would hope that any judicial nominees in the future receive the same careful process that his neo-con, industry-loving, consumer-loathing, medical patient-opposing, Anti-Choice nominees have received this time. I hope NO Democrat--excluding you from that designation, sir--would be intimidated by Frist, Cornyn, or Hatch, and would continue to exercise their right, under the rules of the Senate for 200 years, to filibuster. Frankly, I can see no reason for any Democrat to support you. You are a political cripple. Get the hell out of Dodge and run as what you are, a 2-bit gopper in disguise--not even willing to show your own true colors.
